1. Subject of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the Client (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") in the provision of consulting services in the B2B area

2. Order and establishment of a contractual relationship

• The Client orders the Provider's services via "e-mail", "telephone", "online form"

• The contractual relationship is established by confirming the order by the Provider via email and receiving the pre-agreed amount for the ThePandaPicks® Expansion Strategy service package by the first day of the given month

3. Price and payment terms

• The price for the services provided is stated in the presentation, which is sent to the Client by email

• Payment is made based on invoices by transfer to the provider's bank account or using the WiseTransfer platform

• The invoice maturity period is within 7 days from the date of invoice issuance.

4. Rights and obligations of the provider

• The provider undertakes to provide services in the agreed scope and quality.

• The provider has the right to proper payment for the services provided in accordance with the agreed terms.

• In the event of termination of cooperation by one or the other party, the provider undertakes to submit all materials related to the client's activities on the last day of the agreed cooperation in electronic form

5. Rights and obligations of the client

• The client undertakes to provide the provider with all necessary information and cooperation necessary for the proper provision of services.

• The client undertakes to pay for the services provided within the agreed period and amount.

• If the client fails to pay the following monthly period in due time, the services will not be canceled, but only suspended until payment is made.

6. Order Cancellation

• The client - the customer has the right to cancel the cooperation at any time by specifying the date of termination of the cooperation. The provider reserves the right to provide the agreed services in the proper scope until the last day of the prepaid period.

7. Personal data protection

8. Final provisions

• These terms and conditions shall enter into force and effect on the date of their publication on the website www.thepandapicks.com

• Legal relationships not regulated by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the applicable legal regulations of the European Union.

• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved primarily by agreement between the contracting parties and, in the worst case, by legal means.
